1 - FORMALIZATION OF THE CONTRACT AND ORDERS

1.1 - RATES

The sale price, indicated in euros, of the services offered on the WHITE DRAGON website will be the price in force at the time of the contract by the Buyer. The sale price of the services may be modified at any time by WHITE DRAGON. Such modification will be communicated to the Buyer prior to the contract being made. This price will be the applicable price within the framework of the sale.

The prices purchased do not include Value Added Tax (VAT), which is applied during the purchasing process. Any change in the applicable VAT rate will automatically affect the price of the services that WHITE DRAGON sells on its Website.

1.2 - AVAILABILITY

The services displayed on the Website will be valid as long as they remain advertised on the Website with the “buy now” option and in any case operational.

In any case, in the event of total or partial absence of availability of the services after the Purchase has been made, the buyer will be informed by email, as soon as possible, of the lack of total availability of the requested service and the cancellation and/or modification.

In case of cancellation of the Purchase due to total unavailability of the services:

• The Purchase of the charger will be automatically cancelled and your bank account will not be charged or the full amount will be refunded if it has been amortized.

1.4 - ORDER

Placing an Order constitutes acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.

The Buyer may place his Order through the Website.


From the moment the Buyer confirms his purchase with the "Confirm payment" icon (hereinafter "the Purchase"), he will be deemed to have fully accepted the content and conditions of the Purchase in question and these General Conditions of Sale, the fact that his Purchase implies an obligation to pay, the prices, volumes, characteristics, and delivery times of the services offered for sale.

Once this phase has been validated, the Buyer will no longer be able to cancel his Order.

Once the amount of the Order has been charged, the Buyer will be sent an email confirming his Purchase. The Buyer can access a copy of his invoice in his account in the “My Orders” section within the order for which he wants the invoice, by selecting the “Download invoice” option.

Finally, WHITE DRAGON reserves the right to suspend or cancel the execution and/or delivery of a Service, regardless of its nature and degree of execution, in the event of non-payment or partial payment of the amounts owed, for each payment incident or in the event of fraud, completed or attempted, related to the use of the WHITE DRAGON Website, including fraud committed in connection with previous orders.

2 - PAYMENT

The Buyer has the option of paying for the Purchase on the Website. The Buyer guarantees to White Dragon, exempting it from any liability, that he has all the necessary authorizations to use the payment method he has chosen for his Order once he has registered it.

2.1 - PAYMENT METHODS

- Bank Cards

The bank cards accepted on the White Dragon Website are as follows: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, AMEX and UnionPay.

All bank card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of the buyer's payment card refuses, or for any reason does not authorise payment to us, either before or after a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

2.2 - PAYMENT METHODS

All Purchases must be paid in Euros, including all mandatory taxes and duties. Bank charges, if applicable, will be borne by the Buyer's MYaccount.

Furthermore, WHITE DRAGON reserves the right to suspend or cancel the execution and/or delivery of an Order, regardless of its nature and degree of execution, in the event of non-payment or payment of the amounts due, in the event of payment or in the event of fraud, completed or attempted, related to the use of the WHITE DRAGON Website, including fraud committed on the occasion of previous orders.

2.3 - SECURITY IN PAYMENT OPERATIONS

To ensure the security of payments made by bank card, the Buyer must communicate to WHITE DRAGON the visual cryptogram (CVV) appearing on the back of the bank card used by the Buyer.

In the context of the fight against Internet fraud, data relating to the Buyer's Purchase may be communicated to third parties authorized by law or designated by WHITE DRAGON, for the sole purpose of verifying the identity of the Buyer.

White Dragon's website employs SSL, which keeps your internet connection secure to protect sensitive and personal information such as payment methods, and prevents criminals from reading and modifying any data being transferred.

3 - MODIFICATIONS

White Dragon reserves the right to modify these General Conditions of Sale with prior notice at any time. To stay informed of possible modifications, White Dragon recommends that the buyer, and in general all users, periodically review the GCS.

Purchases are subject to the GTC in force at the time of their completion.

This policy regulates the terms and conditions of subscription services offered by White Dragon, a company dedicated to the creation of digital content and photographic support. Subscription packages are designed to offer flexible solutions tailored to the needs of our customers.

1 - SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGES

White Dragon offers four CONTENT CREATION subscription plans, each with different levels of service, reviews, and support. These plans are geared to meet the needs of businesses of different sizes and with varying demands in digital content creation.

1.1 - START UP

This is the most basic package, designed for startups or companies that require an initial level of content production. The services included in this plan are:

- 1 monthly video capsule, specifically designed for social media. The capsules focus on attracting the attention of the target audience through videos optimized for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.

- Photographic support, which consists of the delivery of more than 20 professionally edited photographs. These images can be used on social networks, websites or any other digital platform of the client.

- 1 free revision of the delivered content. This means that the client can request a round of changes at no additional cost.

CONDITIONS:

- The package is designed for customers with a moderate flow of content needs.

- Additional revisions outside of those included will have an extra cost.

1.2 - BUSINESS

This package is designed for growing businesses that require a larger amount of high-quality content for their digital campaigns. The plan includes:

- 4 monthly video capsules for social media, adapted to the different formats and requirements of the platforms. These capsules allow companies to carry out more frequent and effective video campaigns.

- Photographic support with more than 30 high-quality edited photographs. The images can be used for catalogs, promotions on social networks or any other digital media.

- Free review for each batch of content delivered.

CONDITIONS:

- This plan is aimed at customers who need a constant flow of visual content.

- As in the Start up plan, additional revisions will be billed separately if the client exceeds the offered quantity.

1.3 - ENTERPRISE 

This is the most advanced plan, designed for businesses that need a large volume of quality content in a short period of time. The following services are included:

- 12 monthly video capsules, ideal for companies that run multiple simultaneous campaigns on various platforms.

- Photographic support with more than 40 photographs edited per month. These images are of the highest quality and perfectly adapted to the client's corporate or advertising needs.

- 2 free revisions for each batch of content delivered.

CONDITIONS:

- This package is designed for customers who require continuous, high-volume content production.

- Additional revisions beyond the two included will be subject to an additional cost.

1.4 - CUSTOM PACKAGE

The custom package is aimed at those clients with specific needs that cannot be met with the pre-designed packages. This plan offers complete flexibility in terms of the number of videos, photographs and revisions, completely adjusting to the client's requirements.

- Services will be defined based on the client's specific needs.

- Price will be determined after initial consultation with the White Dragon team.

CONDITIONS:

- The client must contact White Dragon to define the terms of the contract.

- A personalized proposal will be prepared that will include the details of the service, delivery times and price.

2 - PAYMENT AND BILLING POLICY

2.1 - PAYMENT FREQUENCY

- All subscriptions are monthly. The service is charged at the beginning of each monthly cycle.

- The customer must provide a valid payment method (bank card) at the time of contracting the service. Recurring payments will be automatically charged each month.

2.2 - BILLING

- White Dragon will issue an invoice to the customer for each monthly payment made.

- Invoices include details of the services provided, the corresponding amount and applicable taxes. They can be found in the “My Orders” section of the profile, within each purchased service.

  

2.3 - DELAYS IN PAYMENT

- If payment is not made within the agreed time, White Dragon reserves the right to suspend the service until the situation is regularized.

- A delay in payment of more than 30 days may result in cancellation of the service.

3 - REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF CONTENTS

Each plan includes a specific number of free revisions. The client can request changes or modifications to the delivered content within the limits of the free revisions included in their plan.

Additional revisions outside the limit of the contracted plan will be subject to an additional charge. The cost of these revisions will be communicated to the client before proceeding.

REVIEW PROCESS:

1. Initial delivery of content: White Dragon will deliver the content in the agreed format and within the agreed time frame.

2. Review period: The client will have a period of 7 business days to request changes or adjustments.

3. Final Delivery: Once the reviews are completed, White Dragon will deliver the final corrected content.

4 - CANCELLATION POLICY

4.1 - CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER

The customer may cancel his/her subscription at any time, provided that he/she provides 30 days' notice prior to the renewal date. Cancellation must be communicated in writing or by email to White Dragon.

If cancellation notice is not provided within 30 days prior to renewal, the next monthly cycle will be charged.

4.2 - CANCELLATION BY WHITE DRAGON

White Dragon reserves the right to cancel a subscription in the event of non-compliance with the payment terms by the customer. Cancellation may be made without notice in the event of recurring or continuous delays.

  

4.3 - REFUND

In the event of cancellation, no **refund** will be made for the unused period of the current month, except in exceptional situations previously agreed upon by both parties.

5 - PACKAGE UPDATE

Customers can upgrade their plan to a higher-level subscription at any time. The additional cost will be prorated based on the remaining days in the month, adjusting to the new rate.

To update the plan, the client must notify White Dragon at least 30 days before the start of the next monthly cycle to ensure the correct implementation of the new plan.

6 - TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

White Dragon offers ongoing technical support to all its clients, with the aim of resolving any issues or queries related to the production, editing and delivery of content.

Contact channels are available during business hours to address requests for technical support, updates or changes to services.
