Show architecture

What is it?

Show Architecture is the service that transforms an event into a well-constructed show: script, moments, aesthetics and production plan so that the live performance is not an improvisation.

What does it include?

1) Narrative and script of the event

• Objective of the show (what it has to achieve)

• Structure: opening, blocks, transitions, climax, closing

• Escaleta / run of show minute by minute

• Presenter/voiceover scripts (if applicable)

2) Visual design of the show

• Visual identity applied to stage and screens

• Look & feel: fonts, colors, styles, basic motion

• Graphics pack: lower thirds, overlays, markers, sponsors, labels

3) Production plan (how it is recorded/broadcast)

• Map of cameras and key shots by moment

• Mandatory moments (entrances, awards, reveals, etc.)

• Live rhythm: when to cut, when to hold back, when to create emotion

• Technical checklist so that nothing is missing

4) Execution

• Coordination with lights/sound/stage

• Rehearsals and timing

• Creative direction during the event
